本日、PlayStation®4、PlayStation®5 にて好評発売中の『WRC10 FIA 世界ラリー選手権』について、
FIA 世界ラリー選手権の公式ゲームである本作を使用した
eSports イベント「eSports WRC チャンピオンシップ 2022」を
本日 2 月 4 日より開催することを発表しました

今年のチャンピオンシップはモンテカルロ（2 月 4 日～7 日）からギリシャ（8 月 12 日～15 日）まで、全 13 都市で開催。
開催都市には、2022 年のカレンダーで追加された、スペイン、ベルギー、クロアチア、エストニア、ギリシャの 5 都市が含まれます。
2021 年シーズンと同様、レギュラーシーズンでトップ 8 に入ったドライバーは自動的にワールドファイナルの出場権を獲得。
ファイナルの開催日および場所は未定となっています。
「eSports WRC チャンピオンシップ 2022」は、WRC10 のすべてのプレイヤーが参加可能。
昨年は、15,000 人以上が 13 ラウンドを戦い、世界ラリー選手権の第９戦が開催されたギリシャにて、ライブの決勝戦が行われました。
